UNHOLY Entertainment are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all attendees, guests, vendors, and participants. Reasonable accommodations will be made in accordance with applicable accessibility laws and venue requirements. Attendees, vendors, guests, and participants requiring accommodations are encouraged to contact us in advance whenever possible.
Accessibility requests may include, but are not limited to:
• Wheelchair accessibility questions
• Accessibility seating accommodations
• Mobility assistance concerns
• Service animal questions
• Other accessibility-related needs
All vendors are required to maintain booth setups that comply with venue safety and accessibility standards. Booth displays, merchandise, shelving, furniture, banners, and equipment may not obstruct aisles, exits, pathways, ADA access routes, or common areas. Vendors must keep all displays and merchandise within the boundaries of their purchased booth space.
UNHOLY Entertainment and venue management reserve the right to require modifications to any booth setup deemed unsafe, inaccessible, disruptive, or non-compliant with accessibility requirements.
Venue accessibility features are provided and maintained by the venue. While UNHOLY Entertainment will make reasonable efforts to assist attendees and participants, certain accommodations may require advance notice.
